The Story:
After a year gathering sponsors, studying at Beijing Film Academy
and training in 1994, I rode Flying Pigeon bicycles 2,439 miles
from Beijing to Hong Kong with my Japanese World Bank economist partner, Atsuko Horiguchi, to document rural China for National Geographic TV's Explorer and Monitor Radio.
